This notice informs the public
that the Assistant Secretary—Indian
Affairs proclaimed approximately
292.77 acres, more or less, an addition
to the reservation of the Tonto Apache
Indian Tribe of Arizona on December
21, 2015.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
notice is published in the exercise of
authority delegated by the Secretary of
the Interior to the Assistant Secretary—
Indian Affairs by part 209 of the
Departmental Manual.
A proclamation was issued according
to the Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat. 984;
25 U.S.C. 467), for the land described
below. The land was proclaimed to be
part of the Tonto Apache Indian
Reservation of the Tonto Apache Tribe,
Town of Payson, Gila County and State
of Arizona.

Government Lots 4 and 6 and the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of

Range 10 East of the Gila and Salt River
Base and Meridian, Gila County,
Arizona, consisting of 272.77 acres,
more or less;

A parcel of land being the East half of
the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 9, Township 10
North, Range 10 East of the Gila and Salt
River Base and Meridian, Gila County,
Arizona, more particularly described as
follows:
