SUMMARY: The Export-Import Bank of
the United States (Ex-Im Bank), as a part
of its continuing effort to reduce
paperwork and respondent burden,
invites the general public and other
Federal Agencies to comment on the
proposed information collection, as
required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act of 1995. This collection of
information is necessary, pursuant to 12
U.S.C. Sec. 635 (a) (1), to determine
whether or not a company has a good
payment history.
This form will enable Ex-Im Bank to
make a credit decision on a foreign
buyer credit limit request submitted by
a new or existing policy holder.
Additionally, this form is used by those
Ex-Im Bank policy holders granted
delegated authority to commit the Bank
to a foreign buyer credit limit.
