Notice is hereby given that, on
November 23, 2015, pursuant to Section
6(a) of the National Cooperative
Research and Production Act of 1993,
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), 3D
PDF Consortium, Inc. (‘‘3D PDF’’) has
filed written notifications
simultaneously with the Attorney
General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, Informative Graphics
Corporation, has changed its name to
OpenText, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ.
No other changes have been made in
either the membership or planned
activity of the group research project.
Membership in this group research
project remains open, and 3D PDF
intends to file additional written
notifications disclosing all changes in
membership.
On March 27, 2012, 3D PDF filed its
original notification pursuant to Section
6(a) of the Act. The Department of
Justice published a notice in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on April 20, 2012 (77 FR 23754).
The last notification was filed with
the Department on February 23, 2015. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on April 2, 2015 (80 FR 17783).

Federal Register pursuant to Section

the Department on October 16, 2015. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the

Notice of Lodging of Proposed Joint
Stipulation To Modify Consent Decree
Under the Clean Air Act
On December 16, 2015, the
Department of Justice lodged a proposed
Joint Stipulation to Modify Consent
Decree (Joint Stipulation) with the
United States District Court for the
Southern District of Indiana in the
lawsuit entitled United States v.
Southern Indiana Gas & Electric
Company, Civil Action No. IP99–1692
C–M/F.
The proposed Joint Stipulation will
modify a Consent Decree entered on
August 13, 2003, which resolved Clean
Air Act (CAA) claims of Plaintiff, the
United States of America, against
Defendant, Southern Indiana Gas &
Electric Company (SIGECO), at its F.B.
Culley Generating Station (Culley
Station) in Newburgh, Indiana. Under
the proposed Joint Stipulation, SIGECO
has agreed, among other things, to
construct and permanently operate
sorbent injection systems at both Culley
Station and its nearby A.B. Brown
Generating Station to mitigate sulfuric
acid emissions and meet specified
