accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The following
collections (1121–0336 and 1121–0342)
will be discontinued and combined
with this revision of 1121–0341. This
proposed information collection was
previously published in the Federal
Register Volume 80 FR 61471, on
October 23, 2015, allowing for a 60 day
comment period.
DATES: The purpose of this notice is to
allow for an additional 30 days for
public comment until January 19, 2016.

be to capture important feedback on the
respondents’ satisfaction and outcomes
of the resources provided. The data will
then be used to advise OVC on ways to
improve the support that it provides to

27,225 respondents who will require an
