Specifically, Sabine Pass seeks authorization to construct: (i) Conventional cold, insulated piping, (ii) cryogenic hoses for filling and vapor return, (iii) two LNG loading stations, each having two bays capable of loading LNG transport carriers or International Standards Organization containers, and (iv) appurtenances, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
