The Committee advises the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Export Administration on emerging technology and research activities, including those related to deemed exports. Reports from ETRAC Committee members of their assigned categories in reviewing the Export Administration Regulation; discussion on one or two emerging ‘‘dual-use-potential’’ technologies. Review of technologies and decide those to pursue for the next meeting 5. Comments and question from the Public Closed Session 6. Discussion of matters determined to be exempt from the provisions relating to public meetings found in 5 U.S.C. app. 2 §§ 10(a)(1) and l0(a)(3).     The Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee (RPTAC)
