extends the comment period by 45 days
for just those chemicals listed in the
Table in this document, i.e., from
November 24, 2015 to January 8, 2016.
This comment period is being extended
in response to comments received by
the Agency.

Federal Register Notice of the December
3, 2015, meeting of the Federal
Communications Commission’s
Communications Security, Reliability,
and Interoperability Council (CSRIC)
was published less than 15 days prior to
that meeting. While the publication did
not meet the 15-day requirement for
advance publication, exceptional
circumstances warrant proceeding with
the December 3, 2015, meeting.
Specifically, a significant number of
CSRIC members have made business
and travel plans to attend the CSRIC
meeting on December 3; there is no
other date within one month of
December 3, 2015, that will
accommodate CSRIC members’
schedules; and delaying the meeting
will also cause undue financial burdens
on many of the CSRIC members who
have made travel arrangements.
The CSRIC is a Federal Advisory
