Federal Register / Vol. 80, No. 213 / Wednesday, November 4, 2015 / Notices
easement administered by the FWS and
the State of Alaska.
The final EA contains Commission
staff’s analysis and response to
comments filed on the draft EA issued
on May 7, 2015. The FWS staff reviewed
the analysis of the potential
environmental impacts of the proposed
hydroelectric project. The final EA
concludes that licensing the project,
with appropriate environmental
protective measures, would not
constitute a major federal action that
would significantly affect the quality of
the human environment.
A copy of the final EA is available for
review at the Commission in the Public
Reference Room or may be viewed on
the Commission’s Web site at
www.ferc.gov using the ‘‘eLibrary’’ link.
