In accordance with the
Federal Land Policy and Management
Act and the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, Bureau of Land
Management’s (BLM) Pecos District
Resource Advisory Council’s (RAC)
Lesser Prairie-Chicken (LPC) Habitat
Preservation Area of Critical
Environmental Concerns (ACEC)
Livestock Grazing Subcommittee will
meet as indicated below.
DATES: The RAC LPC ACEC
subcommittee will meet on December 1,
2015, at 1:00 p.m. in the Roswell Field
Office, 2909 West Second Street,
Roswell, NM 88201. The public may
send written comments to the
Subcommittee at the BLM Pecos District
Office, 2909 West 2nd Street, Roswell,
New Mexico 88201.

livestock grazing within the LPC ACEC.

management strategies for the ACEC.

protest is filed. If a protest against the
survey is received prior to the date of
official filing, the filing will be stayed
pending consideration of the protest. A
plat will not be officially filed until the
day after all protests have been
dismissed or otherwise resolved. Before

email address, or other personal
identifying information in your
comment, you should be aware that
your entire comment—including your
personal identifying information—may
be made publicly available at any time.
