Federally Assisted Housing.

Type of Request: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Form Number: HUD Form 92006.
Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: Section
644 of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C.
13604) imposed on HUD the obligation
to require housing providers
participating in HUD’s assisted housing
programs to provide any individual or
family applying for occupancy in HUDassisted housing with the option to
include in the application for
occupancy the name, address, telephone
number, and other relevant information
of a family member, friend, or person
associated with a social, health,
advocacy, or similar organization. The
objective of providing such information,
if this information is provided, and if
the applicant becomes a tenant, is to
facilitate contact by the housing
provider with the person or organization
identified by the tenant, to assist in
providing any the delivery of services or
special care to the tenant and assist with
resolving any tenancy issues arising
during the tenancy of such tenant. This
supplemental application information is
to be maintained by the housing
provider and maintained as confidential
information.

estimate of the burden of the proposed

ACTION: List of Restricted Joint Bidders.
AGENCY:
Pursuant to the joint bidding
provisions of 30 CFR 556.41–556.44, the
Director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy
Management is publishing a List of
Restricted Joint Bidders. Each entity
within one of the following groups is
restricted from bidding with any entity
in any of the other following groups at
Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas
lease sales to be held during the bidding
period November 1, 2015, through April
30, 2016. This List of Restricted Joint
Bidders will cover the period November
1, 2015, through April 30, 2016, and
replace the prior list published on May
18, 2015, which covered the period of
May 1, 2015, through October 31, 2015.

area is approximately 2,135 acres. The
lease area is comprised of six aliquots
(i.e., sub-blocks) lying within Official

NJ18–11 Blocks 6061 and 6111. The

including required environmental
compliance documentation and notices
that solicited competitive interest, can
