AGENCY: ACTION: The Department of the Army is publishing this notice to announce the following Federal advisory committee meeting of the USMA Board of Visitors (BoV). SUMMARY: The Department of the Army is publishing this notice to 
announce the following Federal advisory committee meeting of the USMA 
Board of Visitors (BoV). This meeting is open to the public. For more
