ACTION: Notice of an open meeting. AGENCY: The United States Manufacturing Council (Council) will hold an open meeting on Friday, October 23, 2015. The purpose of the meeting is for Council members to review and deliberate on recommendations developed by the Workforce Development subcommittee looking at issues of shifting the image of manufacturing and high school educational approach enhancements for consideration by the Manufacturing Council. ACTION: Notice of advisory committee meeting.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, this
