The meeting will be open to the public. DATES: The TMAC will meet on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday, October 21, 2015, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT). Please note that the meeting will close early if the TMAC has completed its business. ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held in the auditorium of the United States Geological Survey (USGS) headquarters building located at 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20192.
