ACTION: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing a public hearing for the proposed rule titled, ‘‘Revisions to Test Methods, Performance Specifications, and Testing Regulations for Air Emission Sources,’’ that was published in the Federal Register on September 8, 2015.
