However, foundations may continue to rely on paragraph (a)(5) as contained in 26 CFR part 53, revised April 1, 2015, with respect to grants paid on or before December 24, 2015 pursuant to a good faith determination made in accordance with such provisions. Special local regulations are necessary to provide for the safety of life on navigable waters during the event. This action is intended to restrict vessel traffic in a portion of the North Atlantic Ocean near Ocean City, MD, during the event. the Federal Register of September 17, 2015 (80 FR 55742) a final rule 
to amend its regulations to require electronic filing of certain 
multiemployer notices. This document corrects two inadvertent errors in 
the amendatory language.
