report on the activities of its Emergency
Communications Subcommittee; may
consider proposed comments from its
Relay/Equipment Distribution
Subcommittee for the DAC to file in
FCC Docket GN 13–5 regarding the
transition of communication networks
to Internet protocol; will receive a report
on the activities of its Video
Programming Subcommittee; and will
consider recommendations from its Real
Time Text (RTT) Ad Hoc Subcommittee
regarding the FCC Public Notice about
AT&T’s Petition for Waiver and Petition
for Rulemaking. The Committee will
also celebrate the fifth anniversary of
the Twenty-First Century
Communications and Video
Accessibility Act (CVAA), and may
discuss new issues to be taken under
consideration.
A limited amount of time may be
available on the agenda for comments
and inquiries from the public. The
public may comment or ask questions of
presenters via the email address
livequestions@fcc.gov. The meeting site
is fully accessible to people using
wheelchairs or other mobility aids. Sign
language interpreters, open captioning,
and assistive listening devices will be
provided on site. Other reasonable
