Take notice that on September 4,
2015, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) of the
Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR
385.207(a)(2), the Northwest Power Pool
Members’ Market Assessment and
Coordination Committee (Petitioner),
filed a petition for a declaratory order
(petition) on limited threshold issues
critical to the development of a
subhourly energy market in the
Northwest Power Pool footprint, all as
more fully explained in the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

This constitutes notice, in accordance
with 18 CFR 385.2201(b), of the receipt
of prohibited and exempt off-the-record

Order No. 607 (64 FR 51222,
September 22, 1999) requires
Commission decisional employees, who
make or receive a prohibited or exempt

to the merits of a contested proceeding,
