(Pub. L. 92–463), the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC)
announces the following meeting of the
aforementioned subcommittee:
Time and Date: 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m., EDT,
October 14, 2015.
Place: CDC, Building 19, Rooms 245/246,
1600 Clifton Road NE., Atlanta, Georgia
30333.
Status: Open to the public, limited only by
the space available. The meeting room
accommodates approximately 50 people. The
public is welcome to participate during the
public comment period, which is tentatively
scheduled from 5 to 5:15 p.m. This meeting
is also available by teleconference. Please

Purpose: The Subcommittee will provide
advice to the CDC Director through the
Advisory Committee to the Director (ACD) on
health disparities and other strategic and
health equity issues, and provide guidance
on opportunities for CDC.
Matters for Discussion: The Health
Disparities Subcommittee (HDS) members
will discuss progress towards
recommendations it made in 2014, as well as
disparity issues related to HIV/AIDS,
tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases,
and viral hepatitis.
The agenda is subject to change as
priorities dictate.

AGENCY:
The Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services (CMS) is announcing
an opportunity for the public to
comment on CMS’ intention to collect
information from the public. Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (the
PRA), federal agencies are required to
publish notice in the Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of
information (including each proposed
extension or reinstatement of an existing
collection of information) and to allow
60 days for public comment on the
proposed action. Interested persons are
invited to send comments regarding our
burden estimates or any other aspect of
this collection of information, including
any of the following subjects: (1) The
necessity and utility of the proposed
information collection for the proper
