SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a peer review of a scientific analysis submitted to the SSC at its July 2015 meeting concerning the use of data limited methods to specify the overfishing limit and acceptable biological catch for the northern stock (Cape Hatteras, North Carolina to Maine) of black sea bass (Centropristis striata). Fees must be collected at the time of a legal landing of halibut or sablefish, filing of a landing report, or sale of such fish during a fishing season or in the last quarter of the calendar year in which the fish is harvested.
