Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement
Act of 2004 (FLREA), the U.S.
Department of the Interior, Bureau of
Land Management (BLM) Twin Falls
District Resource Advisory Council
(RAC) will meet as indicated below.
DATES: The Twin Falls District RAC will
meet September 10, 2015, at the
Sawtooth Best Western Inn, 2653 S.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and
end no later than 5:00 p.m. The public

The 15member RAC advises the Secretary of

and management issues associated with
public land management in Idaho.
During the September 10th meeting,
there will be an update on the
University of Idaho Sage-Grouse Spring
Grazing Study, an overview of the
Gateway West Transmission project, a
Christmas tree permit fee proposal
presented by the Sawtooth National
Forest, an overview of the Sage-Grouse
Environmental Impact Statement
Amendments, and field office updates.
Additional topics may be added and
will be included in local media
announcements.
