estimate of the burden of the proposed
collection of information;
(3) Ways to enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and
(4) Ways to minimize the burden of
the collection of information on those
who are to respond; including through
the use of appropriate automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology, e.g., permitting
electronic submission of responses.

Commission was reestablished pursuant
to Public Law 87–126, as amended by
Public Law 105–280. The purpose of the
Commission is to consult with the
Secretary of the Interior, or her
designee, with respect to matters
relating to the development of Cape Cod
National Seashore, and with respect to
carrying out the provisions of sections 4
and 5 of the Act establishing the
Seashore.
The meeting is open to the public. It
is expected that 15 persons will be able
to attend the meeting in addition to

issued a Certification of Eligibility to

Assistance on March 18, 2015,
applicable to workers of Maverick Tube
Corporation dba TenarisConroe, a
subsidiary of Tenaris S.A., including onsite leased workers from TESIS

Conroe, Texas. The Department’s Notice
of Determination was published in the
Federal Register on April 13, 2015 (80

At the request of a State Workforce
Official, the Department reviewed the
certification for workers of the subject
firm. The workers were engaged in the
