SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background International Trade Administration On April 1, 2015, the Department published the notice of initiation of the sunset review of the antidumping duty order on crepe paper from the PRC. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i), the Department received notices of intent to participate in these sunset reviews from Seaman Paper Company of Massachusetts, Inc. (‘‘Seaman Paper’’) within 15 days after the date of publication of the Initiation Notice and the effective date of the initiation of this sunset review.2 Seaman Paper claimed interested party status under section 771(9)(C) of the Act. On April 30, 2015, the Department received an adequate substantive response from Seaman Paper within the deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(3)(i).3 We received no responses from respondent interested parties. As a result, the Department conducted an expedited (120-day) sunset review of the order, pursuant to section 751(c)(3)(B) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.218(e)(1)(ii)(C)(2). [A–570–895] Analysis of Comments Received Certain Crepe Paper Products From the People’s Republic of China: Final Results of Expedited Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order All issues raised in this sunset review are addressed in the ‘‘Issues and Decision Memorandum for the Expedited Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order on Certain Crepe Paper Products from the People’s Republic of China’’ from Christian Marsh, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations, to Paul Piquado, Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance, dated concurrently with, and hereby adopted by, this notice (‘‘Decision Memorandum’’). It was formally docketed on August 3, 2015. Subzone 84P was approved on March 6, 1998 (Board Order 961, 63 FR 13170, 3/19/1998) and currently consists of four sites totaling 645 acres: Site 1 (500 acres)—refinery complex located at 12000 Lawndale Road, on the Houston Ship Channel, within the city limits of both Houston and Pasadena; Site 2 (20 acres)—Allendale Tank Farm located south of the refinery, across Lawndale Road; Site 3 (65 acres)—South Tank Farm located south of the refinery, across Lawndale Road, east of Site 2; and, Site 4 (60 acres)—225 Tank Farm located south of Sites 1–3, across State Highway 225. The applicant is requesting authority to expand existing Site 1 to include an additional 5.05 acres (new site total—505.05 acres). No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time.
