Founded in 1964 by Lyndon B.
Johnson, the White House Fellows
program is one of America’s most
prestigious programs for leadership and
public service. White House
Fellowships offer exceptional young
men and women first-hand experience
working at the highest levels of the
federal government.
Selected individuals typically spend a
year working as a full-time, paid Fellow
to senior White House Staff, Cabinet
Secretaries and other top-ranking
government officials. Fellows also
participate in an education program
consisting of roundtable discussions
with renowned leaders from the private
and public sectors, and trips to study
U.S. policy in action both domestically
and internationally. Fellowships are
awarded on a strictly non-partisan basis.

Service filed a formal request and
associated supporting information to
add Priority Mail Contract 134 to the
competitive product list.1
The Postal Service
contemporaneously filed a redacted
contract related to the proposed new
product under 39 U.S.C. 3632(b)(3) and
39 CFR 3015.5. Id. Attachment B.
To support its Request, the Postal
Service filed a copy of the contract, a
copy of the Governors’ Decision
authorizing the product, proposed
changes to the Mail Classification
Schedule, a Statement of Supporting
Justification, a certification of
compliance with 39 U.S.C. 3633(a), and
an application for non-public treatment
of certain materials. It also filed
supporting financial workpapers.
II. Notice of Commission Action
The Commission establishes Docket
Nos. MC2015–70 and CP2015–108 to
consider the Request pertaining to the
