SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Wyoming is hereby amended to
include the following areas among those
areas determined to have been adversely
affected by the event declared a major
disaster by the President in his
declaration of July 7, 2015.
Albany and Platte Counties for Public
Assistance.
Johnson and Niobrara Counties for Public
Assistance (already designated for Individual
Assistance).
The following Catalog of Federal Domestic

AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Privacy Act of 1974 the Department of
Homeland Security proposes to update
and reissue a current Department of
Homeland Security system of records
titled, ‘‘Department of Homeland
Security/Office of Inspector General-002
Investigative Records System of
Records.’’ This system of records was
previously titled, ‘‘Department of
Homeland Security Office of Inspector
General-002 Investigations Data
Management System of Records.’’ As a
result of a biennial review of this system
and changes to the application software,
the Department of Homeland Security is
proposing changes to the system name,
category of individuals, and category of
records in the system. Additionally, this
notice includes non-substantive changes

to simplify the formatting and text of the
previously published notice. There will
be no change to the Privacy Act
exemptions currently in place for this
