AGENCY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (‘‘Commission’’) has issued an order (‘‘Order’’) to extend the Commission’s designation of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (‘‘DTCC’’) and Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (‘‘SWIFT’’) joint venture (‘‘DTCC–SWIFT’’) as the provider of legal entity identifiers, or ‘‘LEIs,’’ pursuant to applicable provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act and the Commission’s regulations.
