against New York Independent System
Operator, Inc. (NYISO or Respondent)
alleging that NYISO’s application of
certain interconnection requirements to
the Class Year 2015 Interconnection
Facilities Study violates Commission
policy and the NYISO Open Access
Transmission Tariff.
The Complainant certify that copies of
the complaint were served on the

Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
