This is the second sale offering of Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 and the sale will be held on July 15, 2015. SUMMARY: The Chemical Transportation Advisory Committee and its 
subcommittees will meet on August 4, 5, and 6, 2015, in Washington, DC, 
to discuss the safe and secure marine transportation of hazardous
