zone. This safety zone encompasses all
waters of Lake Michigan bounded by a
line drawn from 41°37.250′ N.,
087°16.763′ W.; then east to 41°37.440′
N., 087°13.822′ W.; then north to
41°38.017′ N., 087°13.877′ W.; then
southwest to 41°37.805′ N., 087°16.767′
W.; then south returning to the point of
origin. This zone will be enforced on
July 9, 2015 until July 14, 2015, from
8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on each day.
All vessels must obtain permission
from the Captain of the Port Lake
Michigan, or a designated on-scene
representative to enter, move within, or
exit this safety zone. Requests must be
made in advance and approved by the
Captain of the Port before transits will
be authorized. Approvals will be
granted on a case by case basis. Vessels
and persons granted permission to enter
the safety zone shall obey all lawful
orders or directions of the Captain of the
Port Lake Michigan, or his or her onscene representative.

from the Captain of the Port Lake
Michigan, or a designated on-scene
