(B) ‘‘Day of test’’ data shall be filed in the ETRS within 24 hours of any nationwide test or as otherwise required by the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau. Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of six months, 
the information collection associated with the Commission's Second E-
rate Modernization Report and Order and Order on Reconsideration 
(Second E-rate Modernization Order). This notice is consistent with the 
(Second E-rate Modernization Order, which stated that the Commission 
would publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the 
effective date of those rules.
