    Take notice that on June 11, 2015, El Paso Natural Gas Company, 
L.L.C. (El Paso), filed an application pursuant to section 7(c) of the 
Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 157 of the Commission's Regulations, for 
a certificate of public convenience and necessity to increase the 
certificated maximum reservoir pressure at its Washington Ranch Storage 
Field, located in Eddy County, New Mexico. This proposed higher

more fully use the existing certificated capacity of Washington Ranch. 
Further, El Paso is not proposing to change any other certificated 
physical parameters of its storage field and this proposal will not
