The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the imported objects at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from on or about September 12, 2015, until on or about December 6, 2015, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these Determinations be published in the Federal Register. ACTION: Notice of renewal of exemptions; request for comments. AGENCY: FMCSA announces its decision to renew the exemptions from the vision requirement in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for 15 individuals. FMCSA has statutory authority to exempt individuals from the vision requirement if the exemptions granted will not compromise safety. The Agency has concluded that granting these exemption renewals will provide a level of safety that is equivalent to or greater than the level of safety maintained without the exemptions for these commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. SUMMARY: This decision is effective July 31, 2015. Comments must be received on or before July 24, 2015.
