The National Agricultural Research, Extension, Education, and Economics Advisory Board was established in 1996 via Section 1408 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3123) to provide advice to the Secretary of Agriculture and land-grant colleges and universities on top priorities and policies for food and agricultural research, education, extension and economics. Section 1408 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3123) was amended by the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2008 by deleting six membership categories in the National Agricultural Research, Extension, Education, and Economics Advisory Board, which totals 25 members. The Board was first appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture in September 1996 and onethird of its members were appointed for a one, two, and three-year term, respectively. The terms for 9 members who represent specific categories will expire September 30, 2015. Nominations for a 3-year appointment for these 9 vacant categories are sought. All nominees will be carefully reviewed for their expertise, leadership, and relevance to a category. The 9 slots to be filled are: Category A. National Farm Organization Category C. ACTION: Notice of new recreation fee; Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act, (Title VIII, Pub. L. 108–447). AGENCY: The Plumas National Forest is proposing to add Crocker Guard Station to the recreation rental program. The proposal is to charge $85.00 per night. The house has four bedrooms with a total of nine beds, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. A vault toilet building was installed in June 2015. The rental building will have a propane operated heater, stove and lights. Visitors will have to bring water. The building will accommodate up to 16 people. Fees are assessed based on the level of amenities and services provided, cost of operation and maintenance, market assessment and public comment. The fee listed is only proposed and final determination will be made upon further analysis and public comment. Other cabin rentals on National Forests in California have shown the public appreciates the enhanced recreational opportunity offered by these rehabilitated historic structures. PO 00000 Frm 00003 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Ministerial Errors Section 751(h) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (‘‘the Act’’), and 19 CFR 351.224(f) define a ‘‘ministerial error’’ as an error ‘‘in addition, subtraction, or other arithmetic function, clerical error resulting from inaccurate copying, duplication, or the like, and any similar type of unintentional error which the Secretary considers ministerial.’’ We analyzed Petitioners’ and Deacero’s ministerial error comments and determined, in accordance with section 751(h) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.224(e), that there were three ministerial errors in our calculation of Deacero’s margin for the Final Results. For a complete discussion of these allegations, see the Department’s Ministerial Errors Memorandum.7 In accordance with section 751(h) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.224(e), we are amending the Final Results.8 The revised weighted-average dumping margin is detailed below. Station to the recreation rental program. The proposal is to charge
