The Morrison Bridge, mile 12.8, provides a vertical clearance of 69 feet in the closed position, and the Hawthorne Bridge, mile 13.1, provides 49 feet of vertical clearance in the closed position, all clearances are referenced to the vertical clearance above Columbia River Datum 0.0. This deviation allows the Hawthorne and Morrison Bridges, across the Willamette River, to remain in the closed position and need not open for maritime traffic from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. on July 5, 2015. Waterway usage on this part of the Willamette River includes vessels ranging from commercial tug and barge to small pleasure craft. Vessels able to pass through the bridges in the closed positions may do so at any time. The bridges will be able to open for emergencies and there is no immediate alternate route for vessels to pass. The Coast Guard will also inform the users of the waterways through our Local and Broadcast Notices to Mariners of the change in operating schedule for the bridges so that vessels can arrange their transits to minimize any impact caused by the temporary deviation. In accordance with 33 CFR 117.35(e), the drawbridge must return to its regular operating schedule immediately at the end of the designated time period. AGENCY: ACTION: The Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone on the waters of San Diego Bay, California, adjacent to the Embarcadero Marina Park South, for the annual San Diego Symphony Summer Pops Fireworks shows held on specific evenings from June 27, 2015 to September 6, 2015. The brief fireworks displays are scheduled to coincide with the end of the symphony concerts. This action is necessary to provide for safety of the marine event crew, spectators, safety vessels, and general users of the waterway. During the enforcement period, persons and vessels are prohibited from entering into, transiting through, or anchoring within this regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, or his designated representative. SUMMARY: The Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation from the
