Abstract: The College Assistance
Migrant Program (CAMP) office staff
collects information for the CAMP
Annual Performance Report (APR) the
data being collected is in compliance
with Higher Education Act of 1965, as
amended, Title IV, Sec. 418A; 20 U.S.C.
1070d–2 (special programs for students
whose families are engaged in migrant
and seasonal farm work) (shown in
appendix A), the Government
Performance Results Act (GPRA) of
1993, Section 4 (1115) and the
Education Department General
Administrative Regulations (EDGAR),
34 CFR 75.253. EDGAR states that
recipients of multi-year discretionary
grants must submit an APR
demonstrating that substantial progress
has been made towards meeting the
approved objectives of the project. In
addition, EDGAR requires discretionary
grantees to report on their progress
toward meeting the performance
measures established for the ED grant
program. This data collection is a
customized APR that goes beyond the
generic 524B APR to facilitate the
collection of more standardized and
comprehensive data to inform GPRA, to
improve the overall quality of data
collected, and to increase the quality of
data that can be used for evaluation and
to inform policy decisions.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Department of Education (ED), in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)), provides the general
public and Federal agencies with an
opportunity to comment on proposed,
revised, and continuing collections of
information. This helps the Department
assess the impact of its information
collection requirements and minimize
the public’s reporting burden. It also
helps the public understand the
Department’s information collection
requirements and provide the requested
data in the desired format. ED is
soliciting comments on the proposed
information collection request (ICR) that
is described below. The Department of
Education is especially interested in
public comment addressing the
following issues: (1) Is this collection
necessary to the proper functions of the
Department; (2) will this information be
processed and used in a timely manner;

approximately one hour with the
President on July 14, 2015, which must
take place in the White House for the
President’s scheduling convenience and
to maintain Secret Service protection.
This meeting will be closed to the
public because such portion of the
meeting is likely to disclose matters that
are to be kept secret in the interest of
national defense or foreign policy under
5 U.S.C. § 552b(c)(1).
Public Comments: It is the policy of
the PCAST to accept written public
comments of any length, and to
accommodate oral public comments
whenever possible. The PCAST expects
that public statements presented at its
meetings will not be repetitive of
previously submitted oral or written
statements.
The public comment period for this

The U.S. Department of
Energy (DOE) Naval Nuclear Propulsion
Program (NNPP) announces the
availability of the Draft Environmental
Impact Statement for the
Recapitalization of Infrastructure
Supporting Naval Spent Nuclear Fuel
Handling at the Idaho National
Laboratory (DOE/EIS–0453–D) for
public review and comment, as well as
the locations, dates and times for public
hearings. The Draft EIS evaluates the
potential environmental impacts
associated with recapitalizing the
infrastructure needed to ensure the
long-term capability of the NNPP to
support naval spent nuclear fuel
handling for at least the next 40 years.
DATES: The NNPP invites interested
parties to comment on the Draft EIS
during the public comment period
which ends August 10, 2015. NNPP will
consider all comments received or
postmarked during the comment period
in preparing the Final EIS. NNPP will
consider any comments postmarked
after the comment period to the extent
practicable.
The NNPP will hold three public
hearings on the Draft EIS. Locations,
dates and times are provided in the
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION portion of
this notice.
