Collection

Revision of a Currently Approved
Collection.
(2) Title of the Form/Collection:
Application for Action on an Approved
Application or Petition.
(3) Agency form number, if any, and
the applicable component of the DHS
sponsoring the collection: Form I–824;
USCIS.
(4) Affected public who will be asked
or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Individuals or
households. Form I–824 is used to
request a duplicate approval notice, or
to notify the U.S. Consulate that a
petition has been approved or that a
person has been adjusted to permanent
resident status.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: The estimated total number of
respondents for the information
collection Form I–824 is 12,609 and the
estimated hour burden per response is
.417 hours (25 minutes).
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The total estimated annual
hour burden associated with this
collection is 5,258 hours.

This notice sets forth the
schedule and proposed agenda for a
teleconference meeting of the MHCC
Structure and Design Subcommittee.
The teleconference meeting is open to
members of the public. The agenda
provides an opportunity for members of
the public to comment on the business
before the MHCC Structure and Design
Subcommittee.
DATES: The teleconference meeting will
be held on July 15, 2015, from 1:00 p.m.
to 4:00 p.m. EST. The teleconference

102–3.150. The MHCC was established
by the National Manufactured Housing
Construction and Safety Standards Act
of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5401 et seq.) as
amended by the Manufactured Housing
Improvement Act of 2000 (Pub. L. 106–
569). According to 42 U.S.C. 5403, as

amended, the purposes of the MHCC are
to:
• Provide periodic recommendations
to the Secretary to adopt, revise, and
interpret the Federal manufactured
housing construction and safety
standards;
• Provide periodic recommendations
to the Secretary to adopt, revise, and
interpret the procedural and
enforcement regulations, including
regulations specifying the permissible
scope and conduct of monitoring; and
• Be organized and carry out its
business in a manner that guarantees a
fair opportunity for the expression and
consideration of various positions and
for public participation.
The MHCC is deemed an advisory
committee not composed of Federal
employees.
Public Comment: Members of the
public wishing to make oral comments
on the business of the MHCC Structure
and Design Subcommittee are
encouraged to register on or before July
10, 2015, by contacting Home
