Act and part 153 of the Commission’s
regulations, for an order authorizing
construction of new border crossing
natural gas pipeline facilities for the
exportation of up to 1,100,000 Mcf per
day of natural gas at the International
Boundary between the United States
and Mexico in El Paso County, Texas,
and for the issuance of a Presidential
Permit for those facilities, all as more
fully set forth in the application which
is on file with the Commission and open
to public inspection.
