SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve

Iowa to amend Best Management Practices (BMPs) for grain vacuuming 
operations at Group 1 grain elevators. Additional revisions to the SIP 
include revised definitions, revised requirements for Department forms,
