ACTION: Proposed rule; withdrawal.

SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is withdrawing 
its proposed rule concerning proposed flood elevation determinations 
for St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, and Incorporated Areas.

DATES: This withdrawal is effective on June 8, 2015.
