alleging that the Respondent levied
charges that are unjust, unreasonable,
unduly discriminatory, to be ultimately
paid by the Complainant’s members as
a result of the Respondent’s April 14,
2015 Planning Resource Auction, as
more fully explained in the complaint.
The Complainant certifies that copies
of the complaint were served on the
contacts listed for the Respondent in the
Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
