Type of Request: Extension.
Number of Respondents: 48,884.
Responses per Respondent: 1.
Annual Responses: 48,884.
Average Burden per Response: 5

Annual Burden Hours: 4,074.
Needs and Uses: The information
collection requirement is necessary to
allow all DoD organizations to fully
implement sections 235 and 2330a of
title 10, United States Code. The
information requested, such as the
Reporting Period, Contract number,
Task/Delivery Order Number, Customer
Name and Address, Contracting Office
Name and Address, Federal Supply
Class or Service Code, Contractor Name
and Address, Value of Contract
Instrument, and the Number and Value
of Direct Labor Hours will be used to
facilitate the accurate identification of
the function performed and to facilitate
the estimate of the reliability of the data.
The Direct Labor Hours are requested
for use in calculating contractor
manpower equivalents. This
information is reported directly from the
SUMMARY:
contractor because this is the most
credible data source.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit; Not-for profit institutions.
Frequency: Annually.

ACTION: Notice of Revised Non-Foreign
Overseas Per Diem Rates.
AGENCY:
The Defense Travel
Management Office is publishing
Civilian Personnel Per Diem Bulletin
Number 296. This bulletin lists
revisions in the per diem rates
prescribed for U.S. Government
employees for official travel in Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Northern
Mariana Islands and Possessions of the
United States when applicable. AEA
changes announced in Bulletin Number
194 remain in effect. Bulletin Number
296 is being published in the Federal
Register to assure that travelers are paid
per diem at the most current rates.
DATES: Effective Date: June 1, 2015.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
document gives notice of revisions in
per diem rates prescribed by the Defense
Travel Management Office for nonforeign areas outside the contiguous
United States. It supersedes Civilian
Personnel Per Diem Bulletin Number
295. Per Diem Bulletins published
periodically in the Federal Register now
constitute the only notification of
revisions in per diem rates to agencies
and establishments outside the
Department of Defense. For more
information or questions about per diem
rates, please contact your local travel
office. Civilian Bulletin 296 includes
updated rates for American Samoa,
Hawaii, Midway Islands, and U.S.
Virgin Islands.
