II. What action is the agency taking?
Under EPA contract number EP–W–
15–006, contractor ERG of 110 Hartwell
Ave, Suite 1, Lexington, MA will assist
the Office of Pollution Prevention and
Toxics (OPPT) in compliances
investigations; obtaining expert witness
support; monitoring or analysis of
regulated substances from
manufacturing, processing, and
distribution in commerce; and disposal
of pesticides and toxic substances. The
contractor will also assist in conducting
enforcement case development and
analysis activities under TSCA.
In accordance with 40 CFR 2.306(j),
EPA has determined that under EPA
contract number EP–W–15–006, ERG
will require access to CBI submitted to
EPA under all section(s) of TSCA to
perform successfully the duties
specified under the contract. ERG’s
personnel will be given access to
information submitted to EPA under all
section(s) of TSCA. Some of the
information may be claimed or
determined to be CBI.
EPA is issuing this notice to inform
all submitters of information under all
sections of TSCA that EPA may provide
ERG access to these CBI materials on a
need-to-know basis only. All access to
TSCA CBI under this contract will take
place at EPA Headquarters and ERG’s
site located at 14555 Avion Parkway,
Suite 200, Chantilly, VA, in accordance
with EPA’s TSCA CBI Protection
Manual.
Access to TSCA data, including CBI,
will continue until April 30, 2020. If the
contract is extended, this access will
also continue for the duration of the
extended contract without further
notice.
ERG personnel will be required to
sign nondisclosure agreements and will

As part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork burdens, and as
required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501–
3520), the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC or the Commission)
invites the general public and other
Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on the
following information collection.
Comments are requested concerning:
Whether the proposed collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
Commission, including whether the
information shall have practical utility;
the accuracy of the Commission’s
burden estimate; ways to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information collected; ways to minimize
the burden of the collection of
information on the respondents,
including the use of automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology; and ways to
further reduce the information
collection burden on small business
concerns with fewer than 25 employees.
The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a
collection of information unless it
displays a currently valid control
number. No person shall be subject to
