Brief description of amendments: The
license amendments revised Technical
Specification (TS) 3.3.1, ‘‘Reactor Trip
System Instrumentation,’’ with respect
to the required actions and allowed
outage times for inoperable reactor trip
breakers.
Date of issuance: April 29, 2015.
Effective date: As of the date of
issuance and shall be implemented
within 90 days of issuance.
Amendment Nos.: Unit 1—205; Unit
2—193. A publicly-available version is
in ADAMS under Accession No.
ML15075A146; documents related to
these amendments are listed in the
Safety Evaluation enclosed with the
amendments.
Facility Operating License Nos. NPF–
76 and NPF–80: The amendments
revised the Facility Operating Licenses
and TS.

Register: August 5, 2014 (79 FR 45481).
The supplemental letters dated
December 4 and December 17, 2014,
provided additional information that
clarified the application, did not expand
the scope of the application as originally
noticed, and did not change the staff’s
original proposed no significant hazards
consideration determination as
published in the Federal Register.
