permittee/licensees of any change in
regulations or laws that may affect their
business activities.

respond: An estimated 1,000
respondents will take 10 minutes to
respond via letter to the Federal
Explosives Licensing Center.

of explosive materials must provide a
list of representatives authorized to
purchase on behalf of the distributee;
and an explosive purchaser must
provide a statement of intended use for
the explosives.
