On April 9, 2015, the Secretary of
HHS determined that the following class
of employees does not meet the
statutory criteria for addition to the SEC
as authorized under EEOICPA:
All employees of the U.S. Department of
Energy (DOE), its predecessor agencies, and
their contractors and subcontractors who
worked at the St. Louis Airport Storage Site
in St. Louis, Missouri, from November 3,
1971, through December 31, 1973, and from
January 1, 1984,through December 31, 1998.
