Overseas Security Advisory Council
(OSAC) Meeting Notice; Closed
Meeting
The Department of State announces a
meeting of the U.S. State Department—
Overseas Security Advisory Council on
June 2 and 3, 2015. Pursuant to section
10(d) of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix),
and 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4), and 5 U.S.C.
552b(c)(7)(E), it has been determined
that the meeting will be closed to the
public. The meeting will focus on an
examination of corporate security
policies and procedures and will
involve extensive discussion of trade
secrets and proprietary commercial
information that is privileged and
confidential, and will discuss law
enforcement investigative techniques
and procedures. The agenda will
include updated committee reports, a
global threat overview, and other
matters relating to private sector
security policies and protective
programs and the protection of U.S.
business information overseas.

States and Mexican Governments, the

of Baja California, Chihuahua, Coahuila,
Nuevo Leon, Sonora, and Tamaulipas,
will participate in the Plenary Meeting
of the U.S.-Mexico Binational Bridges
and Border Crossings Group on May 21,
2015, in Washington, DC. The purpose
of this meeting is to discuss operational
matters involving existing and proposed
international bridges and border
crossings and their related
infrastructure, and to exchange views on
policy as well as technical information.
This meeting includes a public session
on Thursday, May 21, 2015, from 8:30
a.m. until 12:00 p.m. This session
allows proponents of proposed bridges
and border crossings and related
projects to make presentations to the
delegations and members of the public.

has requested the establishment of a
dispute settlement panel under the
Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the
World Trade Organization (‘‘WTO
Agreement’’). That request may be
found at www.wto.org contained in a
document designated as WT/DS489/6.
USTR invites written comments from
the public concerning the issues raised
in this dispute.
DATES: Although USTR will accept any
comments received during the course of
the dispute settlement proceedings,
comments should be submitted on or
before May 12, 2015, to be assured of
