Navigator BSG Transportation &
Storage, LLC filed a petition for a
declaratory order seeking an order
approving the overall tariff, rate, and
priority service structure for its
proposed new crude pipeline system
(Project). The Project will transport
crude oil from West Texas counties in
Permian Basin to points of
interconnection with long-haul take
away pipelines, as more fully explained
in the petition.
