The Trunkline Backhaul Project would modify existing facilities in Illinois, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Both projects would increase backhaul capacity to flow natural gas volumes from the Rover Pipeline Project. The Commission will use the EIS in its decision-making process to determine whether the projects are in the public convenience and necessity.
