AGENCY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) invites the public to
comment on the renewal of Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
approval for an existing collection of
information. The NRC is required to
publish this notice in the Federal
Register under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The
information collection is entitled
‘‘Renewal of NRC Form 590,
Application/Permit for Use of the Two
SUMMARY:
By a vote of 4–0 on April 28 and 29,
2015, the Commission determined
pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and 9.107(a)
of the Commission’s rules that an
Affirmation Session for DTE Electric Co.
(Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 3),
Docket No. 52–033, Mandatory Hearing
Decision be held with less than one
week notice to the public. The meeting

chapter 35), the NRC is requesting
public comment on its intention to
request the OMB’s approval for the
information collection summarized
below.

collection: Renewal of NRC Form 590,
Application/Permit for Use of the Two
White Flint North (TWFN) Auditorium.

10. Abstract: In accordance with the
Public Buildings Act of 1959, an
agreement was reached between the
Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission, the General
Services Administration, and the NRC
that the NRC auditorium will be made
available for public use. Public users of
the auditorium will be required to
complete NRC Form 590, Application/
Permit for Use of Two White Flint North
(TWFN) Auditorium. The information is
needed to allow for administrative and
security review and scheduling, and to
make a determination that there are no
anticipated problems with the requester
prior to utilization of the facility.
III. Specific Requests for Comments
The NRC is seeking comments that
address the following questions:
1. Is the proposed collection of
information necessary for the NRC to
properly perform its functions? Does the
information have practical utility?
2. Is the estimate of the burden of the
information collection accurate?
3. Is there a way to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected?
4. How can the burden of the
information collection on respondents
be minimized, including the use of
automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology?
