Federal Advisory Committee Act, as
amended (5 U.S.C. App.), notice is
hereby given of a meeting of the Fogarty
International Center Advisory Board.
The meeting will be open to the
public as indicated below, with
attendance limited to space available.
Individuals who plan to attend and
need special assistance, such as sign
language interpretation or other
reasonable accommodations, should
notify the Contact Person listed below
in advance of the meeting.
The meeting will be closed to the
public in accordance with the

a commercial gauger and laboratory.
ACTION:
Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to CBP regulations, that SGS
North America, Inc., has been approved
to gauge and accredited to test
petroleum and petroleum products for
customs purposes for the next three
years as of November 19, 2014.
SUMMARY:
The accreditation and approval
of SGS North America, Inc., as
commercial gauger and laboratory
became effective on November 19, 2014.
The next triennial inspection date will
be scheduled for November 2017.
