SUMMARY: In response to a request from CINAR Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret ¸ A.S. (CINAR), the Department of ¸ Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on lightwalled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey.1 The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014. We preliminarily find that CINAR made sales at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
